Two Photo’s size 3.5×4.5 (Photo’s service available at our all locations)
Acceptance letter from UK school.
Case Number provided by school from United Kingdom

Points Based System Appendix for Tier 4 General
Original Bank-statement.
Bank statements ,current and last month, If Financial Aid is Provided by Parents, Then A written Statement to The Consulate General of United Kingdom is needed, assuring financial support while he/She is in United Kingdom
