TOURIST VISA

Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
One Visa Application Form
Two passport size photograph.
National ID copy of the sponsor in Pakistan
Letter of Invitation from sponsor in Pakistan
Pakistan Origin issued visa for 5 year – Must provide a copy of National ID or expired Pakistani Passport Copy.
A copy of travel Itinerary– Optional

BUSINESS VISA

Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
One Visa Application Form
4 passport size photographs
A Business letter from US Company.
An invitation from the host organization in Pakistan is required ( scan copy/fax )
A copy of travel Itinerary– Optional

Note : Business visa -requires approval from the Pakistani Government and I could take up two weeks for processing.

8:00am -2:30pm (Monday – Friday) by Appointment till 4:30pm9:00am -2:00pm (Saturday)
12:00p.m – 4:00pm (Sunday) By appointment only

Ship Your Documents:

You must call Travel Monitors prior to sending your documents if requesting a 24hrs or Same Day service.

Same Day and 24 hour request must be received in our office by 8:00 AM you must select NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Document received in our office after 9:00 AM Will be submitted on the next business day
