A (fax or Scan copy) of Business Letter from US Company
Letter of Invitation from sponsor in Ghana (fax or scanned copy)
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
Copy of travel itinerary (Optional)

$100.00/visa (2-3 days processing – Single Entry)
