      Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens      

Process of Service:

TOURIST VISA

  • Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
  • One Visa Application Form
  • Two passport size photograph.
  • Copy of Hotel Confirmation, or letter of invitation from friends or relatives in Bolivia
  • Copy of recent Bank Statement  or letter from bank verifying applicant has sufficient funds
  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required (except for minors age under 1 year)
  • Notarized/legalized letter of invitation from the applicant’s sponsor
  •  A copy of travel Itinerary– Optional
 BUSINESS VISA

  • Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
  • One Visa Application Form
  • Two
  • recent passport size photographs.
  • A (fax or Scan copy) of  Business letter from US Company.
  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required (except for minors age under 1 year)
  • Notarized letter of invitation from sponsor in Cameroon OR Copy of the recent bank statement (NOTE: Copy of the bank statement is not acceptable if you plan to stay is 6 to 12 months)
  •  A copy of travel Itinerary– Optional
Note : Additional Requirements for Minor Applicants (under 18 years old):

  1. Copy of the applicant’s birth certificate (parents names MUST be on the birth certificate)
  2. Notarized letter of authorization from BOTH parents – parental consent to travel
  3. Copy of the parents ID or passport data page
 NOTE: Long stay visa and/or multiple entries is not available at this time.  The embassy only issues single entry visa at this time.

  • 7-10 days Processing Fee: $79.00 + Shipping Charges
  • 2-3 Days Processing  Fee: $95.00 + Shipping Charges

You must call Travel Monitors prior to sending your documents if requesting a 24hrs or Same Day service.

Same Day and 24 hour request must be received in our office by 8:00 AM you must select NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
