      Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens      

Process of Service:

TOURIST VISA

  • Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
  • One Visa Application Form
  • Two passport size photograph.
  • Copy of Hotel Confirmation, or letter of invitation from friends or relatives in Bolivia
  • Copy of Bank Statement (copy of Credit Card also accepted)
  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required (except for minors age under 1 year)
  • US minors traveling alone, must hold a travel authorization from absent parent(s)/guardian(s). Translation into Spanish recommended
  •  A copy of travel Itinerary– Optional
 BUSINESS VISA

  • Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
  • One Visa Application Form
  • Two recent passport size photographs.
  • A (fax or Scan copy) of  Business letter from US Company.
  • International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required (except for minors age under 1 year)
  •  A copy of travel Itinerary– Optional
Note :Additional Requirements for Minor Applicants (under 18 years old):

  1. Letter from the religious institution indicating membership of the person traveling to Bolivia (MUST accompany a Spanish Translation) – must be notarized, authenticated and legalized
  2. Notarized and translated Certificate of the religious institution – must be notarized, authenticated and legalized
  3. Police Report (MUST accompany a Spanish Translation) – must be notarized, authenticated and legalized
Consular Fee:

  • $140.00 – Tourist Visa
  • $90.00- Business Visa

  • 5-7 Days Processing Fee: $79.00 + Shipping Charges

Same Day and 24 hour request must be received in our office by 8:00 AM you must select NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
